" ... will not ship from US to Australia if the item is available from their Australian outlet"

Sounds like a hostage negotiation. "You can have your product if you buy it our way, for more money."

Just had a similar experience shipping a GIVI top case from the U.S. to Canada. I paid UPS in advance, in full, and when the package arrived north of the border, UPS Canada told my buyer she had to pay a "handling fee." She's fighting it. Meanwhile, UPS Canada has her package. She can have it anytime -- if she pays the handling fee. Buyer told me these "oh by the way" fees are a big, ugly deal with lawsuits and investigative reports on the company.

Isn't handling a package a normal part of delivering a package? Normally I would have used the U.S. Post Office, but that's another can of worms nowadays.

Can anyone tell me which Torx wrench (size) I will need for removing the oil drains on my 2013 C650GT?

ENGINE OIL
3.1 liters MOTUL 5100 4T 15W50 Synthetic Blend, rated SL (which is higher than SJ and formulated for catalytic converters).
TORQUE Oil Drain Plug Bottom : 28 Nm (20.5 ft. lbs.). 8 mm hex
TORQUE Oil Strainer Plug Side: 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.). 17 mm socket. REMEMBER: Insert screwdriver through strainer tube until it’s in place securely so it doesn’t fall down into the oil pan.
GASKET FOR ENGINE OIL DRAIN PLUG: BMW # 07119963252 (SAME AS GEAR OIL GASKETS)
GASKET FOR OIL SCREEN TUBE BOLT: BMW 07119906605

ENGINE OIL FILTER
BMW #: 11427673541 ($21.19)
TORQUE Oil Filter OIL FILTER (BMW or KN 164): 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.)

It should go without saying - you do not need a torque wrench for removing the oil drain plugs. Only for doing them up again when finishing the job.

I just changed oil and filter on my 2016 Sport. I removed all four drain plugs, just for good measure. The two at the bottom (hex) and the two on the sides. It's difficult to get a proper oil level reading on these bikes, you have to let the oil settle for a good amount of time after warming up the engine. The oil level sensor is also quite 'sensitive'.
