Thanks for the links. I've searched, called, and emailed. Most places don't actually have them in stock and can't get them. Others won't ship to America.
I think I found a pair in Canada and am in contact with the dealer. He says he can do a direct invoice because the website says they are unavailable. He says he can get the Kappa; part number tk5105k.

Usually if I try a DYI, I'm not happy with the result. My PVC frames are OK, in fact functionally, they work rather well. But, it's clear to see they are homemade.

I forgot about your PVC racks. What diameter is the stock the GIVI rack is made from? It looks small enough to be rod . To bad you live so far away, I'd make a rack for you. I would need to measure the cases.

Scoot-tuning.com has those in stock.. that's where i got mine from.. after a long and hard internet search..

Alternatively, i think omniphil here has a used set to let go of.. go drop him a message!

Here's an image of the space available between the bags and the muffler. I'm on an Akrapovic, so it's longer than the stock muffler. Still no issues though.

You could always buy the racks for another bike, and have a welding shop modify them to fit.
