LED Front marker lights (euro spec)

Is it possible to retrofit the European spec headlight into a US model? Would this require special programming or any possible errors from showing up?

Stupid question for you, what is the difference? If it is because the headlight is not on until you turn it on, I would think it is just replacing the switch unit at a price.

I'm not sure what the difference is aside from the LEDs. The cost to switch out the headlight unit is going to be outrageous based on the cost of the US Spec headlight assembly. So I'm going to leave that one alone.
