yes cruise control would have been ideal as if you look closely there are cutouts already there

At this point, cruise control to me is neither here nor there, but it would again tilt the BMW in favor of the competition even more. If they marketed these things correctly, especially the GT, here in the States, I think they could be a big seller.

I agree. Much better front end on the Sport, not such an insectile/transformer look. (Now it looks more like a Tmax...)

Much needed redesigns! The back of the 650 Gt is much more integrated, and a bit fat-assed, sort of like the latest Burgman 650. The shiny black center on the handlebar cover is cleaner and spiffs it up a bit. (Looks like what's on the Tmax, again.)

Easier center stand action, improved clutch and CVT, and a Blind Spot warning on your MIRRORS? That's pretty brilliant!

So, they improved the functions and made both models look more like their main competitors...pretty canny move!
