I've only had my C600 Sport for a week, I've put 350 miles on it so far, and for the past 50 miles or so I've started to notice a lot of squeaking coming from the windscreen as I go over rough road at low speeds (probably because I can't hear it at higher speeds).
I tried thicker plastic washers between the wing nuts and the fairing (where you make the screen hight adjustment). And while that helped stiffen the "arms" that hold the screen in place, I fear that may negate the shock absorbing properties of the rubber wedges that reside under the wing nuts and fit into the concave holes.
I checked the tightness of the 4 screws that secure the actual shield to the arms and they were fine (in fact I even stripped one of them in doing so).
Any ideas? I'm thinking about trying to find a suitable material to cut to the correct shape and mount between the shield and the arms to act as additional shock absorbers.
