By allowing the battery to run down completely it is possible the windshield won't move because the computer controlling it doesn't "know" where it is. I saw someone report a similar instance a couple of years back. Might need to get it down to the dealer to have them take a look.

Hey tlippy, I don't have an answer, but I see your location listed as Central Oregon. I am planning a ride next week, up to Burns, John Day, Sisters, and then heading home South to Susanville.
