I installed my Midland CB and Sena AR10 on my scooter and Sena SMH5 Bluetooth headsets in our two HJC helmets today. The lash up works great, the helmet head sets are very clear and have plenty of volume in all functions. It's pretty handy being able to use my iPhone on the scooter hands off as well as being able to talk on the intercom as well, no more hollering at each other. I haven't decided what I want to do for a permanent installation, right now I have the Midland and SR10 mounted on the door of the left cubby with Velcro which holds them well judging by how hard it is to pull them loose. Eventually I plan on permanently screwing the CB and SR10 permanently to the lid of the cubby. I also plan on wiring both units to the bike's electrical system, right now I'll have to recharge the CB and SR's own batteries. So now when I ride with my Goldwing buddies I'll have full communications with them once again. The CB option on the GWs from Honda adds $800. My set up came to about $300 and works better. The big round button on the SR10 is a PTT for the CB. I have a small remote PTT button that will be installed on the handlebar eventually when I do the final installation.

Took a ride with a friend on his GW today and my CB rig works better than his. The hands free helmet to phone works well though I haven't tried it much above 50mph. The HJC helmet is a bit noisy but the Sena Bluetooth is pretty loud when full up. The intercom is good at speed as well. I'm very satisfied with this set up.
