2013 gt 650 wont turn over

I just purchased a 2013 gt 650 scooter.When I was looking at it at the persons house it would turn over but the battery was low and it would not start. So I bought it knowing this.We loaded it on the trailer drove home the hundred miles.I unloaded it pushed it in the garage and your press the starter button and nothing.The abs light flashes and never goes out.all the light work,the kickstand is up,I am pulling the brake lever when pushing the starter nothing.Battery is good I had it checked out at battieries plus. Has anyone experienced this ?
 
If the starter does not engage even when you put jumper cables from a good battery in addition to the bike's then maybe the trip home affected one of the microswitches, in the handbrake lever (I think it's the left one, not sure) or the sidestand. Or the kill switch is in off position?

I will try the jump start today.But the kill switch is the same as the starter button. Not sure what the microswitches are. I have had alot of scooter but never a BMW. Thanks for the suggestions.

I tryed the Jumpstart and nothing changed.I checked all fuse all are good .I think next is to check Brake handle switch and side stand switch?
