By replacing the heavy plastic windshield supports with lightweight carbon fiber, I believe I can drastically improve the handling by significantly lowering the CG of the vehicle. In addition, the differing harmonic properties of carbon fiber over plastic should help alleviate some of the windshield oscillation caused by the turbulence of passing trucks.
Now, all I need is the Akrapovic exhaust and I'll go hunting S1000RRs and Panigales on the back roads...
