Hi everyone and thanks for letting me be part of the community. My 2012 BMW C650 GT screen stopped working after the service where they disturbed a dodgy relay connect. Now the screen doesn’t work. Any suggestions please

First question is usually was the battery disconnected? That will cause the windscreen to stop working until the dealer reboots the ECU -- which you can do on your own if you have access to a GS-911 tool. Motoscan app and OBDLink will not fix the screen, fyi.

Yep almost any time the battery is disconnected you run a very good chance of the computer not remembering where the screen is at. Dealer will charge about 50 dollars to recalibrate it.
