I think you caught a scammer. "Up for sale" is a VERY common prelude to a craigslister either moving hot merchandise or trolling for email addresses and phone numbers. They'll cut and paste from other posts to build a new one. I could be wrong on this one, but there is only one posting and zero reply to your question (zero visible to me, anyway).

I just bought mine for around $7000 from the bmw dealer with alarm and navi but it got 25.000km so it's like bit more than 15.000 miles. The whole time was maintained in BMW service.
