I have recently noticed that when I hit the front brake from a speed of 80-90kmph, the front of the bike starts to vibrate, as if I was going over very small bumps in the road.

This was NOT a wobble. I've experienced steering wobble on previous bikes due to worn out steering bearings. This was not it.

This felt more like the brake pads not holding the disc evenly. There was not accident, nothing to cause warped or deformed discs. Also the brakes and discs are used very little, since I break with recuperation. The scoter is 1.5 years old with under 5000km on the odometer.

Before I visit the dealership, did anyone have the issues, and how was is solved?

Hi is it when you brake hard if so it's probably the ABS, it does that to me when I need to brake hard because of someone cutting me or braking for nothing.

Do you get the abs light on the display? I don't, and I would expect it, right?

And I do not feel like I am braking that hard to lock the wheel up.

I know abs. Not from the ce04, but from other bikes. And this is not it. I am not hitting the brake that hard to be locking the wheel.

Also now.noticimg at low speeds that braking is not smooth. As if on certain parts.of the brake rotors the grip is softer. This must be a rotor/pads issue.

I'll check with the dealership and report back

Maybe tire? I repaired a front puncture and vibration under useful was a nuisance. Changed the tire and it went away. Not sure if this is what you are experiencing though.
