Dr Pulley Clutch Springs Broke

I've had the clutch and rollers replaced with Dr Pulleys. After 3100 kilomdters I have had to replace 1 or 2 springs twice. The springs break. Anyone else had issues like these? If it breaks a 3rd time, I will revert to my stock clutch but using the Dr Pulley rollers.
 
If all the springs were original, that increases the chances that they were from the same heat treat lot. So if one was improperly heat treated all in the lot would be too. Usually there would be a certification with a "heat number" which identifies the parts heat treated at the same time. The clutch manufacturer might have bought the springs from a wholesaler or a vendor and might not ever have tested them. In high quality manufacturing the springs would have been tested for hardness, and spring lots would not be mixed.
I am not saying this is absolutely the problem, but, there is a high probability.
 
Update: 400 kms later, the spring broke again. I hope no internal damage like belt or clutch bell or worse, the spring bits getting into the cylinders. My mechanic suggests going back to stock until Dr Pulley can sort this out.
 
There shouldn't be an entrance to the crankcase from the CVT. There could develop some damage in the CVT if you don't repair it.
 
Got my bike back last night. Mechanic put the stock clutch back but used the Dr Pulley rollers. Bike feels like a different bike. No more of this growling out of the gate acceleration. Smoother more calm. There was damage to the Dr Pulley clutch. Will post pics when I get home tonight.

Forunately, no damage to the belt.
