Error after charging

I wonder has anyone experienced an issue with inaccurate charge level and milage.
I charged the bike to 90% and disconnected the charging cable. Next morning when I turned the bike the reading was at 11% and 15 miles.
I have since ridden 20 miles and I still have 11% and 15 miles.
Is there a reset for this?
I haven’t reconnected to the power agai and recon I am at 60% in reality.

You may need a update on your operation software I saw it on a Facebook page some had the same problem.

I have plugged it back in to charge and all good again. Will update the software too.

Was still getting issues with this very odd behaviour. Firmware update did not resolve the issue.
Bike runs okay and getting expected milage but just can’t trust the battery level or milage on the dash!
The bike has been with authorised dealer for three weeks now and still no solution.
Love the bike but starting to regret being an early adopter!

I’ve read a few treads on the french Facebook about it something that affect e few of them ask the dealer to check with Germany.
If this can help.
