heated seat

Hi, new on this forum, my girlfriend drives a 2012 BMW c650gt. The winter is coming and the heated seat doesn't function anymore, are there any fequent problems knowing for this?? I can't find anything, fuses or relay or?

Maybe someone has experience??

The under the seat? Yes I did,

If wire connectors and fuses are good ... you may need a computer reset at the dealer if a battery disconnect won't do it.

Never had any problems with heated seats or grips. Out of curiosity, do the heated grips work okay?

Yeah, the seat and the grips are fine... it’s just the espresso maker that I have problems with!

Heated grips are working fine, fuses are oke and I disconnected the battery. But nothing of that helps...

My 2013 Heated seats don't function any longer either. The Icons on the instrument cluster/gauges come on "hi/lo/Auto but I have nothing either.

I use the heated accessories on my '13 GT often in the fall and winter. So far never had a problem with them so far. In cool weather I just leave them on "A" for most of the cool weather and let the computer adjust the heating levels. I usually keep the rear seat heater off since most of my riding is solo.
