Have the C650 GT 2018 and worried about the T-chain tensioner. Does anyone knows if the 2018 could still have the mechanical T-chain tensioner ?

It shouldn't, not since the 2016 model year I believe? Not 100% sure since mine is a 2016 and had to have its tensioner replaced after 2,000 miles.

Hydraulic Timing Chain Tensioner fitted from 2016 onwards...my 2015 is not fitted with it so I am going to update it myself....not a hard job just time consuming!

The feed for the hydraulic tensioner originates right near the oil filter. Should be an easy check.

I had a look and saw on the right hand ,above the oil filter 2 around 6mm( inside diameter ) hoses coming out.
Are they the one, you are talking about , Orlandopalladino ? Norman
