Hey Guys, I just installed my new belt and roller, and when i turn the bike on, it made a really loud clanking noise coming from the clutch area.
Has anyone else had this problem?

ouch..doesnt sound good! no help from me. i only have 300 miles on my girl but will play with her next year!

Don't ride it. Take it apart and see what is wrong.

The belt's "V" angle also might be off, and not correct for the factory variator. That belt is designed for Malossi variators. They DON"T work on Tmaxes either, by the way...
