My indicators won't cancel on my 2013 BMW C600 SPORT with 18,000km on the clock. The indicators work alright, but I cannot cancel them. When I went to the dealer I was told that the entire LH switch block needs to be replaced at a cost of AU$519. Does anyone have advice how I can repair the indicator switch without having to replace the LH switch block?

This may or may not work, but you can try to loosen up the stuck contacts in the switch with a shot of WD-40.
This was a problem on some of the Goldwing handlebar switches and a quick economical fix was to do this.
But if it doesn't work, I'm afraid you'll need to replace the switch. Part of the cost may be in labor to remove all the Tupperware, (plastic) needed to connect the switch's wiring..

Thank you very much. I will try that. The labor i was quoted is only about 30 minutes. The BMW parts are just shockingly expensive

BTW you can also try contact cleaner, aerosol. It won't leave any residue like WD-40 will,
Also check into used parts some salvage yards might have the switch block from a salvaged bike, but the dealer probably won't install it for you.

Thank you very much for your reply. I tried all suggestions but unfortunately it did not work. I have searched for a used switch block from motorcycle wreckers, but to no avail. I have since ordered a new part. Thank you all again for your suggestions
