The fuse is behind the right front faring. Four screws, one under the cubby, two on top and one by the nose of the faring. The owner's manual will tell you which fuse.
If your fuse is fine, check to make sure the socket is plugged in. When I bought my 2017 a few months ago, the power socket worked fine. Then a few weeks ago, it went dead. I took off the left front faring (same four screws) to find out the bayonet plug had come off the power socket. No clue how but it did. I simply plugged it back in and it works perfectly again.
