The best direction is the dealer. I just check today for that and it cost about $110.00. it will be ship from germany.

I am doing the 500 miles service and do not have the manuals (bought the 2019 bike used w/ 300 mi) but did not have the manual nor I have the service manual ( checked local dealer today and the guy says they do not sell them to final user ????). Wonder if there is anything else to be done on the "500 miles" other than oil/filter change ? Any drive train maintenance ?

This is an actual dvd and they are asking 111 for it described as:
BMW DVD REPAIR MANUALS C MODELS Part # 01598569003

There are also more than a few links to download a version for around 20-25 dollars. I would guess that it's the same file, not sure how up to date they are or whether the actual BMW dvd is more up to date.

mainly need the way to set the timing chain/crank/cam position.

1) If you're asking @slant911 (in the post above yours), note that: A) he wrote that post three and a half years ago, and; B) he doesn't appear to have logged on to this forum in a year and a half. So I wouldn't hold your breath.

2) If you're asking in general, if you go to ebay.com and enter, say, bmw 650gt service manual in its search field you'll see about a dozen listings returned (at least I did, when I entered that just now). The few I looked at had good seller ratings, and the manuals appear to be DVD versions. The cheapest was this one ...
