What does the ECU control??

Yes..I know.

Spark..
Fuel..
Dash Cluster...

But..does it take signals from any switches, and control electrical outputs, like horns, signals?

There's a lack of individual fuses for things..which leads me to believe the ECU is also a power hub for accessory inputs.

Also, at least, the windscreen and radiator fan. These may go through a relay. The bike has at least three.
