What is it?

So I took the side panel off and noticed that the scooter from the states has an extra item. On the first picture a scooter from the states there is an item plugged in (just under the words to battery at the back end of the arrow. On the second picture of my scooter just below the accessory outlet above the braided brake lines I have a plug and nothing plugged in, any idea what it might be?

While I had the side panels off I did notice that there is a lot of space under the floor board for an air horn if one were to install one.

Do you have the highline package?
it could be TPMS or handlebar heat controller?
get the part number off of one and we can look it up online.

I do have the highline package, can't give a part number as my scooter is the second picture without, our scooters in Canada are European models. The first picture is the American version

My scooter even has the factory installed alarm on it. I just thought of this, could it be the dealer added alarm?

it is postedon google plus as well, in the pic it shows that it has a hose attached, so may be some form of engine managment as well. ???

I emailed the picture to Rick (the moderator) so he posted it, he did not know either.

What is the link of the Google plus site as I have never seen it.
