Banging crashing noise, front suspension...?

Dear friemds, since new, when ever going over even lightly rough pavement, I hear a loudwhat sounds like plastic-on-plastic crashing sound/rattle. Clearly not right.

The bike has never been damaged in any way, nor has it ever hit a pothole or an obstacle that might have damaged the suspension.

I think,I've read where other CE-04 owners have experienced a similar quality issue. Does anyone have the same experience, and know,of both the cause and the fix?

Assume this would be covered under warranty?

Hello may I suggest that you put some foam insert ( Isolation foam 1/4 inch with on side that stick) on the edge of the trim panel at the front, I did so and it did a good job as well you may want to check all the panels to see if there is no loose screws.
