Stock Roller weights VS Dr. Pulley Sliders

I was on your Site today and tried to order rollers and sliders but it failed due to PayPal not working. Are you aware of this.
I was also in the understanding that because we are overseas we were exempt from the VAT (value added tax) as we will be paying our tax here in Canada and or the USA

I asked Dirk about the VAT issue as I have never been asked to pay VAT when ordering from other German or European businesses, as I am in the US. His reply was that VAT can be refunded if he receives a copy of the invoice with some kind of a confirmation stamp. Has anyone gotten a VAT refund?

Yes I got the vat back in a few days. I went to the post office and got them to stamp my paper saying it was delivered to Canada and took a picture of it then emailed him the picture. The vat was back in my account the next day.

Thanks for all the information Dirk! I will be looking to install the Dr. Pulley sliders and other parts in a couple of months when my warranty expires. I put Dr. Pulley sliders in my previous Silverwing 600 and found the modification well worth the cost.
