    Gas Gauge never reads full

Went out for a nice ride with Akkis yesterday and filled up my tank. Gas gauge was 2 bars down after auto-stop. Filled it ALL THE WAY UP and the bars were 100%... Same with Akkis.

    Gas Gauge never reads full

Is there a negative effect to topping it off after the auto-stop?

    Gas Gauge never reads full

Hey everyone, I'm Akkis' friend that he was referring to. This was the first time I've had this gas gauge issue. I'm at 2,000 miles. I've always filled up while on the side stand... Maybe 9/10 times. I assume I can fix the problem of the missing bar(s) by running my tank empty. I don't plan to...

Was it worth it? Save $1000 or get the Heated Seat?

I stopped by for service and there was another showroom model without the heated seat.

    Took delivery of my 650gt

Wow, this is a tough one. Even though you asked for the heated options but the dealer sold you one without it, it depends on what is on paper and final price. I would assume that if it says heated seats and it's not there, they would have to install it for free. If it's not on the specs, you...

    Protection for Cold/Wet Weather Riding!

Well if it's more about rain and not the cold, why not go for a rain suit? You can easily tuck it away under the seat or Topcase. As for the apron, it took me less than 5 minutes to install on my Vespa when input it on this season. I HATE wet clothes and the apron does save my pants from...

    Protection for Cold/Wet Weather Riding!

I can't speak for the BMW cover but just by thinking about it, the Tucano seems easier to install and cheaper. $80 cheaper and no cost of labour or installation(?). My experiences with the Tucano on the Vespa has been great. I almost never put the apron on OVER unless it starts to rain or snow...

    Protection for Cold/Wet Weather Riding!

As Xian said, the apron is amazing. I have a Tucano for my Vespa GTS. Before I even purchased my C600, I ordered the Tucano for my BMW along with things I needed for my Vespa... That's how much I believe in it. If you read my earlier post about "Was it worth saving $1000 or get the heated...

    Convince me already!

See my "Trip Meter Resetting" topic. Haha. I'm surprised I didn't get yelled at by people.

    Trip Meter Resetting

I usually read it if I know nothing about the product or have serious trouble... This time was a minor question that was in the back of my head. My question was posted during my downtime at work. Yes, laziness on my part. Haha.

    Trip Meter Resetting

Thanks. I'm one of those guys that never bothered to take time to flip though the manual. Sorry for being the lazy one. Seriously, thanks... No sarcasm implied.

    Trip Meter Resetting

I noticed my C600 Trip Meter "A" would automatically reset itself sometimes. Does anyone know why this happens? It doesn't reset while I'm riding but when I start up the scooter.

    Miles after fuel light?

Ok, that's where my confusion lies. I thought it was an "extra" amount of fuel. I didn't know it meant "that's what you have left". Thought it was 4.2 + 1 gallon. Derf!

Was it worth it? Save $1000 or get the Heated Seat?

I'm a firm believer of the apron. Once I got a windscreen and apron after 3 years of riding, it changed my ride completely in the winter... I don't know how I did it without anything for 3 winters. I got Alpine White by the way. Knowing how great the Tucano aprons are were one of the reasons I...
